I joined IDEO early in my career and spent seven years working with organizations of all sizes across the globe — from ambitious startups to established global corporations. This breadth of work allowed me to hone my skills in design, design thinking, user research, and strategy, while also deepening my understanding of business.
I began as an individual contributor, immersed in the craft of design, and over time grew into senior roles where I led teams, helped bring clarity to complex challenges, and instilled confidence during moments of ambiguity — often the starting point for any IDEO project.

Reimagining the shopping experience for the unknown traveller
I led a team of designers and researchers to help a global luxury retailer decode the shopping behaviors and cultural expectations of their fastest-growing international customer segment.
Through immersive ethnographic research, cultural mapping, and collaborative ideation sessions, we developed a comprehensive toolkit of service touchpoints, digital solutions, and operational strategies that would allow the company to transform how they approached cross-cultural customer experiences.

A delightful charging experience for the future of electric mobility
We partnered with Wirelane during their founding stage to define their complete brand identity, company values, and end-to-end charging experience across physical and digital touchpoints — all within an extremely fast-paced startup timeline.
Starting with internal workshops to establish core company values, we developed their brand pillars and comprehensive customer experience strategy. As lead digital designer, I prototyped interaction patterns for charging stations, designed UX/UI concepts for desktop and mobile platforms, and crafted solutions for both B2C and B2B markets.
The outcome was a comprehensive brand and product toolkit that enabled Wirelane to launch with confidence. Today, they're one of Germany's leading EV charging companies, shaping the future of electric mobility infrastructure.

Managing an extremely cross-functional team of directors, business designers, brand designers, and researchers, I guided us through comprehensive discovery — from exploring diverse value propositions and patient mental models to defining the final brand concept and business model.
The project delivered a complete venture blueprint including detailed user journeys, UX frameworks, brand positioning, and strategic business recommendations — providing our client with all the building blocks needed to launch their new diabetes care offering.

Working with a cross-disciplinary team, we developed the complete digital experience for a next-generation electric vehicle — from dashboard interfaces to passenger entertainment systems.
The challenge was creating intuitive interactions that would define how people engage with autonomous and semi-autonomous driving technology. My role spanned UX/UI design for critical vehicle interfaces, defining hardware-software interaction patterns, and conducting extensive user research through interviews and testing sessions. To validate our concepts, we built two full-scale vehicle prototypes that enabled simultaneous testing across different markets, allowing us to iterate and refine the experience within the actual driving context.
The outcome was a comprehensive experience framework including detailed user journeys, interaction scenarios, and design guidelines that the client's internal teams could implement across their entire vehicle lineup — setting the foundation for their electric mobility platform.

Following their rebrand, Siemens Healthineers needed a unified design language to bring consistency across their vast digital product portfolio.
We partnered with them to create SHUI, a comprehensive design system that now underpins everything from handheld diagnostic devices to large-scale radiology workstations. I led the design efforts across this highly collaborative project — conducting user research with medical professionals, mentoring in-house design teams, facilitating cross-functional co-creation workshops, and defining the core principles and component library.
The result was SHUI: an award-winning design system that continues to shape all of Siemens Healthineers' digital applications worldwide, ensuring consistent experiences across critical medical technology.
